[MKOB] Mead Tasting

I told a few people the other night, but I thought I'd put out a memo.  
Next meeting I will do a mead tasting of sorts.  More then a year back, 
before Dan went North ... he got me two different honeys from a lady in 
Baton Rouge.  One was an extremely dark , strong tasting honey ... and 
one was a lighter one.

Well, I told him that I'd make them into some mead.  I used the same 
recipe, same yeast, etc.  They've been in the secondary for more then a 
year and I'm going to bottle them this week.

So, I figured we could compare them at the next meeting.  And I might 
bring a bottle of my traditional mead from my current stash from 2004.
