[MKOB] Crocks

Joey: Crocks were used a long time as fermenters for both beer and
wine, as well as a wide variety of other foods (think Tabasco.) If they
are in good shape, and you can keep wild yeast out, they should work
fine. You might be able to find a food grade cork somewhere online that
will fit the 15 gallon crock. I would guess that moving a full ceramic
crock would be no fun at all.
