[MKOB] Crocks

I have seen them used as fermenters but they are heavy and fragile...cleaning them may be an issue.Plastic will NOT clear kraut or pickle flavor but ceramic should.I would scrub them and then put one on the back deck (covered) filled with water and after the hot sun had warmed it up X 2-3 days smell and taste the water.
