Just one opinion from my San Antonio friend,Curtis,
who did alot of fruit beers=
"I agree, pectin really affect beer haze. Another
option is to get Apple oil from a company called
Lorann
Oils (they have a website). I have used their Maple
flavoring in a Maple Brown and it turned out nicely.
About
5 tablespoons while bottling gives a nice maple
flavor"
