Hello,  I found this article on the front page of the St. Tammany News 
today.  I thought that everyone who lives in Louisiana and subscribes to 
this email list would be interested in this.  All I can say is let your 
state rep know how you feel.

All apologies for the size of these scans, I was just going out the door 
and scanned and cropped them real fast.  I didn't have time to type this 
out.
