Tom your right about a development, it included Dixie, but they had first 
right to buy it for the taxes or something like that so the developers went 
ahead without that section of the plan. Bruno wouldn't give up his rights. I 
think it was going to be a office development or apartments.
Of course you could be getting it confused with the VA plans for Gravier st.
