[MKOB] VA-LSU Hospital

There have been a few ideas floated to save Deutsches Haus.  They have 
ranged from moving it somewhere, to building around it.  I don't know 
what the latest ideas are.  Perhaps one of the south shore members can 
bring us up to date.  Peter?  Ron?  Anyone?
