[MKOB] A question on self carbonating in a keg

HI All,

??? I'l letting a batch of Honey Wheat self carbonate in a keg.? 

??? I primed it with a cup of DME boiled in two cups of water.

??? I have?a gauge hooked up on the gas side, so I can control the pressure.

??? My question is what PSI should I let it carbonate at?

??? I looked at a couple of the charts on the internet and they seem very high, over 30?psi.

?? Does anyone have any experience doing this?
