[MKOB] small CO2 canisters

MKOBers,
    I'm building a jockey box and am trying to get things as convenient 
as possible.  Has anyone used the new small CO2 canisters ... either the 
ones that used to be used in BB guns or the bigger ones that they use in 
paintball guns now?

    Most of the homebrew websites sell these CO2 dispensers, but I 
figured I'd ask the club and see if anyone had good or bad reviews of these.
